For the past decade, I served as the legal director and litigation counsel at two national nonprofit organizations simultaneously.
I am one of the youngest women to have argued before the U.S. Supreme Court in a First Amendment case.
I served as lead counsel in over 30 First Amendment cases, and have presented oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits.
I represented Happy the Elephant in the groundbreaking personhood case in the highest court in New York.
